Mount Olympus Awards, LLC is a private company founded by Joshua Kennon and Aaron Green. All shares are held by a small group of investors and are subject to right-of-first-refusal by the company.
Current Shareholders
If you are a current shareholder, you can access financial reports, letters from management, tax documents, and other important resources by logging in with the username and password that was assigned to you. If you forgot your information, contact headquarters and we will reissue one to you by mail after answering a few security questions. You are still bound by the privacy requirements in the company’s operating agreement. Quarterly financial reports are made available shortly after the end of each fiscal quarter, and annual tax filings, including partnership K-1 forms, are sent out as soon as possible each year.
Prospective Shareholders
As a matter of policy, we do not issue shares to the public and have no current capital raising needs or plans due to the profitability of our underlying businesses, allowing us to fund all expansion internally. In order to ensure compliance will all securities laws and regulations, any communications regarding the company’s stock must be sent to the company’s legal representatives at the law firm of Polsinelli Shughart.
